I'm so glad my search to update the balusters in my entryway led me to C&S Ornamental Iron. Everyone I spoke to was patient and professional. Kristy walked me through the process and even let me come in to look at a sample of the baluster that was described on the work order written by Brian. On the day the project began, Jim arrived promptly and the installer Dwayne arrived afterwards. Dwayne did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work and will recommend to others.

Very easy to work with and they delivered a quality set of solid iron railings. In addition, C&S is very competitive on pricing. I recommend them to anyone needing new stair railings. The railings were installed in both rock stairs and composite decking. The owner came out and measured for the estimate and listened to our needs, good customer service!
